Welcome to Manyah Energy (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website https://manyahenergy.in
(the “Site”) and the services we provide. By accessing or using the Site or our services you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
We provide solar energy solutions including solar power plants, rooftop installations, solar water heaters, solar pumps, on-grid and off-grid systems (“Services”). A detailed service agreement with each client will govern the specific scope, deliverables, pricing and timelines.
2. Quotation & Payment
All quotes provided are valid for the period specified. Unless agreed otherwise, payment schedules will consist of initial deposit, progress payments and final payment on commissioning. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.
3. Installation & Delivery
We will perform site surveys, design, procurement, installation and commissioning as per the contract. The client will grant us access to the site, ensure safety compliance and provide correct information on load, roof structure and access. Delays due to client’s site conditions may extend timelines.
4. Warranty & Maintenance
Our equipment and workmanship will be covered under the warranty terms specified in the service agreement. Maintenance and monitoring services may be offered under separate agreements. Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, natural disaster, unauthorized modification or lack of routine maintenance.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the Services, including loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you under the service agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, design, logos and graphics, is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use our content without our written permission.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms will be governed by the laws of India, specifically the courts in Gujarat. Any dispute shall be first attempted to be resolved by mediation; if unsuccessful, then by binding arbitration or court proceedings.
8. Amendments
We may change these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site with the updated “Effective Date”. Your continued use of the Site or our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
